The LumiFluor SC (Spectro Capture) system uses a high optical efficiency spectrograph and a thermoelectrically cooled CCD detector capable of direct imaging of full spectra, including weak spectra that require extended exposure times. Unlike scanning spectrometer instruments that required prohibitively long integration times, this system achieves high S/N spectra even for small sample volumes. Samples that were previously problematic can now be analyzed more quickly and with less sample consumption.

The LumiFluor SC is a new post-genomic analytical tool for the study of protein-protein and protein - nucleic acid interactions, protein modification, protein fragmentation, and protein morphology

The LumiFluor SC Features:

• TE cooled CCD for low noise and extended exposure times
• Rapid high sensitivity and low noise spectral acquisition
• Low sample volume requirements, typically less than 100 µL
• Capable of acquisition of fluorescence spectra using an external excitation source, or emission spectra with no external excitation source.
• Real time spectral display using our powerful software.
